Guest Week | Spring Wish List by Angels Secrets!

Hello Lovelies. Welcome back to Beautiful You!

I have had major stress over these guest posts with people pulling out and what not and I was panicking about what I was going to post today! However, I have been talking to a lovely lady recently called Becky from Angels Secrets and she saved my life by writing this post; you should all show her some love for doing it! It was nearly midnight and we were trying coming up with this concept so I hope you enjoy it and I shall leave you with Becky!

Well hello lovely readers of Megan's beautiful blog. The little Diamond that she is asked me to feature on her Spring Time guest week so I IMMEDIATELY jumped at the chance to feature on such a gorgeous blog who could say no? So on with my post, I hope you enjoy and if you'd like to take a little look at my blog I'm over at Angels Secrets. Thanks again Meg for lending me your little corner of the blogging world.
Isn't it mad how all of your make up products always run out at once, don't you just hate it when that happens (my poor wallet definitely does, it goes into absolute shock!) I'm at that stage at the minute, but I'm curious to try some new products. The start of a new season is an exciting time as it's also new collection time and personally I always prefer Spring-Summer make up, it's fresher, brighter and lighter. Spring time is always so difficult for me when it comes to make-up because with all the high end brands bringing out their spring collections I find it SO HARD to restrain myself. Honestly I just want everything, pastel colours are my real weakness.
We've all written plenty of posts about winter skincare and although the weather doesn't seem to be getting any better its time to turn my attention to the spring, and cross my fingers that the weather decides to start getting better soon (It HAS to for my 21st and all the St. Patrick's Day parades). I figured I might as well write a blog post about some lovely beauty products that are on my wishlist for the spring.

Bobbi Brown Tinted Eye Brightener
I don't know why, but I'm obsessed with trying new concealers lately. This one is actually a corrector, one of my tutors in college ALWAYS uses them and from the first time I saw it I knew I had to have it, especially for spring time as it has a beautiful brightening effect if you use it under your eyes.
illamasqua Lament Nail Polish
For someone who never wore nail polish before I have developed a bit of an unhealthy obsession and this is a perfect spring colour, I have been imaging having this beauty on my toes in a nice pair of open toed wedges (A girl can dream).
Marc Jacobs Daisy Eau So Fresh
Last summer I bought a mini collection of Marc Jacobs perfumes in the airport on the way home from the UK. I use the 'Eau So Fresh' scent sparingly as it is easily my favourite so I am keen to get a full sized product to wear throughout the spring and summer. The other scents in the set were the original Daisy, Dot, and Lola. To be honest I didn't like these two scents as much at all but was so glad I bought the collection and discovered Eau So Fresh.
Chanel Soleil Tan De Chanel
I can blame the girls in college for this one, they're such a bad influence. I had never even hear of this little gem (shame on me I know) before college started but two of the girls in class use it and it's absolutely gorgeous I tried theirs out and as soon as I did I knew I had to have it. Perfect for that warm glow in Spring (Especially for a pale one like me).
Ysl  Rouge Volupte Lipstick Shade 13 Peach Passion
Its actually Megan that has me lusting after this little beauty (shame on you Meg), you may not know but peach/orange is my favourite colour to wear in spring and this just fits in perfectly. I hate to admit it but I don't own any YSL lipstick and I would love this to be the one to take my YSL virginity.
 NARS Love Blush
I immediately singled this one out from the Final Cut collection. It's absolutely stunning and perfect for pale skin, I really feel like spring is the best season for girls with pale skin when it comes to make-up.
Benefit Hello Flawless Foundation
If your like me you like to change your foundation when it comes to the Spring/Summer months. I always like my foundation to be a lot lighter and natural in spring unlike my very heavy coverage in Winter. I feel like my skin is a lot clearer and healthier in Spring/Summer time so I don't mind having a lighter coverage and have heard wonderful things about the benefit Hello Flawless Foundation so would love to give it a go, Benefit are one of my favourite high end beauty brands when it comes to spring, I feel like they always get it spot on.
Tanya Burr Lip Gloss Picnic in the Park
If you haven't heard about Tanya's Lipglosses and Nail Polish collection by now you really must be living under a rock. They seem to be all over my twitter feed and bloglovin. If I'm completely honest I want all of them but I couldn't really put them all on here so I whittled it down to just one. Picnic in the Park is an absolutely gorgeous nude/pink tone lipgloss and looks absolutely PERFECT for spring time. Well done Tanya.
Well girlies unfortunately that's all from me, wish I could stay for longer. I hope I have given you some ideas for your own spring time make-up needs and if you've tried any of these beauties please comment and let me know what you thought of them.
