Hello Lovelies. Welcome back to Beautiful You!
This is a special blog post for me as I am letting my own sister write a post on here for the first time, I hope you like the post and I will leave it to her!
Hello Megan’s followers, I’m sure you’ve heard a lot about
me as I have been mentioned in a few blog posts before… It’s Megan’s sister,
Bryony! Meg asked me if I would talk you through some of my favourite necklaces
to wear in the spring time so that’s what I’m going to do.
First of all is this
daisy one, I have had this quite a while and got it in the sale for a bargain price
from New Look so I was chuffed with that. I love to wear floral things in the
spring as all the flowers are coming into bloom and the sun starts to shine a
bit more which makes everything feel brighter and fresher. Because of the
colours it goes with quite a lot of different clothes and so it’s a great one
to get a lot of wear out of. Also it’s quite small and delicate so if you’re
not feeling something big and chunky then this is perfect.
Second is this pastel chain necklace from Primark, which is
a brilliant price of £5. I only got this on Thursday so you should still be
able to find it in the shops now. Pastels are my favourite colours to wear in
the Spring and Summer so I thought this one would fit in well with the rest of
my Spring/Summer wardrobe. I don’t have anything like this necklace so that is
what swayed me to get it along with the fact that although it’s quite a
statement necklace it looks a bit more delicate because of the colours.
Lastly is another necklace from Primark which I got for the
bargain price of £1 a little while ago in the sale! I know, a sale at Primark,
not like it’s cheap enough already. Anyway, at the moment this is my go to
necklace. I just feel like it goes with so much and it’s just the right amount
of sparkle you can get away with on a day to day basis. I know that this will
carry me through to Spring as well and so I am so excited to keep wearing it
and seeing what outfits I can put together. I’ve definitely got my wear out of
this considering the price I paid and it’s just such a nice necklace.
Well I hope you’ve liked this little sneak peek into my
jewellery collection that has maybe given you some inspiration to spruce up
your spring jewellery. Thanks to Meg for letting me write this guest blog post
and hopefully I may write another guest blog post in the not too distant
future! Are they any pieces that you have been loving recently or that you are going to be bringing out over spring? Let me know in the comments below!
